
The Mosser Road Heritage Trail was dedicated Tuesday morning at Garrett College. Garrett College Board of Trustees Chair Don Morin cuts the ribbon, aided by Board of Trustees Vice Chair Jason Rush, who was also representing the Garrett County Fair Board.
