Hosted by Maryland Tourism Coalition (MTC), Maryland Tourism Day returned to Rams Head On Stage in Annapolis to a sold-out crowd on February 9, 2024. Attendees gathered at the Visit Annapolis & Anne Arundel County Visitor Center for networking and registration and then attended morning delegation meetings and made door-to-door visits with their local legislators. Bags for legislators include a MTC branded luggage wrap, tourism stats, a Save the Date postcard for Summer Soiree and items from our sponsors. Members of both the Senate and the House attended the lunch at Rams Head On Stage. Special Guests during the program included Department of Agriculture, Secretary Atticks, Department of Natural Resources, Secretary Kurtz, Maryland Stadium Authority, Director Craig Thompson and Managing Director of the Division of Tourism, Film, and the Arts, Liz Fitzimmons.
